How to Join
HYC is open to students in grades K-12. Students in K-1 are welcomed into our Cadet Choir. Students in grades 2-3 are welcomed into our Canto Choir. There are no auditions at this level.
Students in grades 4 – 12 are invited to an audition with one of our conductors. The audition takes about 20 minutes and consists of the student performing some vocal and rhythmic exercises and a short song that the singers knows from school or church.
Auditions are held at the Faith Lutheran Church Gathering House.
