Ezra Blum, Administrative Assistant

Ezra Blum serves as the primary contact for the HYC office, managing communications and supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of singers and their families. They bring an administrative background and a lifelong love of music rooted in years of choral experience, and are passionate about creating a positive, organized experience for the HYC community.

Originally from Washington State, Ezra moved to Des Moines in August 2023 and now lives with their partner and their two-year-old cat. They are currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Business with a specialization in Accounting through DMACC, with plans to continue on to a Bachelor of Science at UNI.
