Caregivers and family members are an essential part of Heartland Youth Choir’s success. We encourage every family to serve in some capacity throughout the season to support their singer and the broader HYC community.

Volunteer opportunities vary in time commitment and skill level, including support at concerts, rehearsals, retreats, and behind-the-scenes needs throughout the year. Each family is asked to volunteer for at least one event per season.

Sign-ups will be available at the beginning of the year and throughout the season. All parents will complete a Parent Volunteer Information Form to help us match interests and availability with HYC’s needs.

Heartland Youth Choir was founded on the principle that each of us has different gifts and talents to share and that it will take all of us to make this organization function at its best!
