Flexible Payment Plans
Heartland Youth Choir offers three types of payment plans:
Pay in full - payment due by September 1 or, if registering after September 1, immediately upon registration.
Semester - A payment plan consisting of two payments:
(1) by September 1 for the fall semester or, if registering after September 1, immediately upon registration.
(2) by January 15 for the spring semester or, if registering after January 15, immediately upon registration.Monthly - A payment plan which consists of eight (8) monthly payments due the first of the month starting in September and concluding in April. If registering after September, monthly payments will be divided into equal parts but must be concluded in April.
Sibling Discount
If two of more children from the same family enroll in Heartland Youth Choir, an additional 15% discount is awarded to each sibling in the younger level choirs.
Scholarships
Full and partial scholarships are available for choir tuition, tours, and summer camp. We encourage any family would benefit from financial assistance to apply.
Heartland Youth Choir is committed to providing an outstanding and accessible choral experience to all Central Iowa children. No one is denied HYC membership due to inability to pay tuition.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling, first-come basis by the HYC Scholarship Committee, and families are notified as soon as possible.
