Sarrah Hammond, Associate Music Director

Sarrah Hammond is in her sixth year of teaching elementary music
in the Des Moines metro. She received her Bachelor's of Music
Education degree with endorsements in vocal music and
instrumental music from St. Ambrose University in May 2020.
While at St. Ambrose, Sarrah had opportunities to tour with the
Chamber Singers and conduct nearly every ensemble at SAU. With
a passion for spreading joyful, meaningful musical learning, Sarrah
is thrilled to be a part of Heartland Youth Choir!

In her free time, Sarrah enjoys traveling, crafting, trying new coffee
shops, spending time with friends and family, and snuggling with
her cats, Mochi (Moe-Key) and Gracie, and dog, Lexie Lou.
