Absences should be communicated as soon as you are aware of them or a minimum 2 weeks ahead of notice for rehearsal, retreats, and concerts.

Heartland Harvest - Sunday, Oct. 18
This will be our first HYC event of the year (replacing AutumnSongs). Rather than a formal concert, this will be a free-admission event for families to spend time together, here small informances from all the choirs, fundraise for the 26-27 HYC season, and more!
To get in the spirit of the season there will be Trunk or Treating, a Costume Contest, baked goods, dinner, and plenty of games!
Special Guest: Vox Infinitus will be performing at this event. A wonderful male a cappella group in Des Moines!

When: Sunday, Oct. 18, 1:00-5:00 PM
CANTO PERFORMS @ 2:45 PM (open house style - come when you can, leave when you must!)
Wearing: HYC T-shirts and jeans OR a family-friendly Halloween Costume!

Sep. 21 - CENTRAL (Windsor Heights) Parent Meeting 5:15-5:35 - all singers and at least 1 parent must attend
Sep. 22 - NORTH (Ankeny) Parent Meeting 4:40-5:10 - all singers and at least 1 parent must attend
Oct. 18 - Heartland Harvest Fall Fundraiser
Dec. 13 - WinterSongs Concert
